“I have a deep gratitude for all the patients I’ve known whose lives have been transformed. That’s what makes it all worthwhile. My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative. We work together and as soon as I have a realization that I think can help you I will share it with you so we can use it to move forward. We draw from creativity, science, spirit and all of our mutual resources to succeed. Speaking about yourself opens up new pathways in your mind. Progress and change can then happen at any age and I’m there to see that it does. I’ve got the credentials and experience. What we need is a good comfort level so we can work together to find relief, new energy and more effective approaches. It’s a developmental process.” |
