Museum of Contemporary PhotographyThe Museum of Contemporary Photography was founded by Columbia College Chicago in 1984. The collection is comprised of works of American photography from the 20th century and today. Photographs are showcased in various prints like gelatin-silver prints, color work, digital pieces, photograms, and other processes.

Among the 7,000 featured photographs, photographers include Ansel Adams, Harry Callahan, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Julia Margaret Cameron, Walker Evans, Dorothea Lange, Irving Penn, Aaron Siskind, and Victor Skrebneski.
