Chicago CubsThe Chicago Cubs play in Major League Baseball's National League in the Central Division. The famous Wrigley Field is the host of their home games. They are one of the oldest active teams in major North American sports, and one of two MLB teams based in Chicago, sharing the city with the Chicago White Sox.

The Cubs claim the not-so-grand honor of experiencing the longest championship drought in American professional sports history, having gone 102 years without winning the World Series.

But the team is, of course a hometown favorite, with fans often referring to the Cubs as the "Lovable Losers."

The club is synonymous with one of the most famous ballparks in baseball history, Wrigley Field. To their credit and staying power, the Chicago Clubs are the oldest active team in major North American sports still currently in its original city.
